kid sues kazaa.

Snotty nosed brat Max Donelly claims "I downloaded a Korn song and the quality was horrible. This is bullshit man, my hoarse-throat grandmother playing the accordian screaming at the top of her lungs sounds better than this, what the hell is up with that?"

Sony chief-of-staff Ron Donaldson says this lawsuit is 'absolutely ridiculous'. "This 12 year old punk has the nerve to not only steal our music, but then sue us because the quality isn't as good as the paid product. Unbelievable."

lolz. fucking moron.

if this kid wins the lawsuit, and makes kazaa closed, i am so gonna hunt him down.

market market.

yesterday, che, gabs and i were about to go to market market but due to some unfortunate circumstance, che has to stay in their house. and because i promised gabby to bring her somewhere enjoyable, we went ahead instead. good thing, abhie and ivan texted. planning to go to market market as well. rico went there as well. i bumped in to when we were about to ride a cab. he just returned the book he borrowed. sayang, miss ko pa naman si ron.

when we got there, i left gabby in a playcenter and she enjoyed it for an hour. rico, , , just indulged with like 6 dishes and pigged out. now i realized kung bakit hindi kami morning people. hindi nila kaya ang lakas ng tawa namin at mga topics namin over lunch. then we went to the outdoor playground and i just became so sweaty following gabby around. hahay. kids. i dont know where they get their energy.

then, abhie's john went there as well so i decided to leave them coz i have to buy gabby a pair of shoes pa. it was funny coz she really knew her style. a 2yr old fashionista i might say. she doesnt want a pair of rubber shoes. she got herself a pair of boots. a dora the explorer boots. na umiilaw pa. until, she said "babay na tayo pagkatapos ko bili ha" then she just fell asleep when i was about to get some takeouts for her. like a doll that went out of batteries. *sigh* i love her so much. she's like my tired little pretty princess.

everything happens for a reason.

well, my thursday had a jampcked schedule. tricia and i planned last week to go to market market, metro but we had a sudden shift of events. since her friend had given birth, they went to see her at the hospital.

now abhie had her sick leave that day (sickness: gettingherpassportarrhea) and she went asking us to go out. we were supposed to meet at 5pm. some issues occured. traffic, (like, its a new issue), the delay at DFA (there's this one thing about waiting for your passport. if u weren't blessed with a good sounding name, this might be one of ur biggest embarassments. like eskubidu, raffy. or sumthin.)... (see? tricia's here and she's laughing, basta ako hindi.) so we met at around 8pm. had a hundred fifty cab fare and we only had one hour spending time to window shop. abhie bought a pair of black ballet flats and we ate dinner after. then, going to the up fair.

up sunken garden. the sisfire rock concert started at around 11pm. aia texted me when i was eating lunch, and i got two shirts. i told her that ill be going to get it there at UP. sunken garden had its surrounding like sloped downwards and we didnt have an idea how to get down there. as the normal "pabibo" kid, i went first and my squeaky clean chucks became just plain squishy. good thing abhie was wearing a hot pink butterflied slippers (i dunno if its a good thing, but i was lucky she wore that.) so i borrowed it and she wore her new pair. tim was laughing when he saw it and maps said, "hey, you're more macho with your slippers, it matched your moss green top. dont you knnow that moss green and hot pink is the new black." oh, and i was crimson red with embarassment. but what the hell.

after imago played, we went back to ayala to fetch che at legazpi village. they had a pajama party. and i was freakin messy and tired.

but hey. we had an amazing night. and if it werent for the traffic, we couldve waited two hours in UP. we couldve not bought abhie's shoes. i couldve had cold feet and smelly socks all night. galeng. :)
