What made me an instant hermit crab for the past 5 days

...is this. ♥

I have been trying to find the best apps after downloading my 10748 songs and deleting 3000 so I could still put some movies in it. So I did my 2 weeks worth of laundry today while watching Charlie St. Cloud and Dear John (which by the way isn't recommendable if your washing machine is at the frontyard).

So I configured some stuff, synced accounts and here are my screenshots as of today, Saturday 443am.

I am mostly addicted to the Glee app, singing my heart out, beating other gleeks by hitting the right notes (harharhar) and trying to find out how to get the other songs for free (each costs $1)...

... and Smurfs Village. It's pretty much building houses and harvesting and all. Pretty much farmville but I never played that one.

Now I gotta get back to sleep 'coz I'm finally getting out of the house tomorrow to catch up on the Christmas rush. Going to Trinoma coz I have to have tickets for the Darren Criss concert on the 21st at Greenbelt. Heehee.

Official Google Reader App for Android Now Available

Google Reader already had a webapp but of course we cant wait for Google to launch an official app in the market. So yey!

I have been using Google Reader as where to get my daily dose of current events, (with some gossip on the side) and suffice to say that it is really handy once I read my news from my phone. In comparison to the real web Google Reader, the phone version is pretty much the same, except for the automatic showing of the images. Headlines are there and once you click it, you will be redirected to the webpage using your phone's browser. It also has an option if you wanna share it via email, or via facebook or twitter. Suh-weeeeeeeeet!

Angry Birds Seasons now available

Good news to all Android users!!! Angry Birds Seasons is already in the Market today.

I have been inseparable with my phone the past few weeks trying to finish off the game and I have been waiting for this to be available since forever! :D

25 holiday levels (one for each day through Christmas), available now in the Android Market. Also included is the 45-level Halloween special edition, in case you missed it earlier.

Project TikTok+LunaTik Multi-Touch Watch Kits

Remember my last post? Apparently, there is a design in process, which, by the way, is the AWESOMEST ive seen.

It is the TikTok+LunaTik Multi-touch Watch Kits.

TikTok is a simple snap-in design. It allows the user to easily and securely snap the Nano into the wrist dock. It cleanly and simply integrates the Nano and transforms it into a modern multifunction timepiece.

LunaTik is designed and intended to be a premium conversion kit for someone that wants to dedicate their Nano to being a watch and the newest conversation piece with their friends. It is forged from Aerospace Grade Aluminum and then machined via CNC into its final form.

The straps are made from high grade silicone rubber and the hardware is solid stainless steel not some chrome plated brass that will wear off. The quality of these watch cases and straps will be scrutinized very carefully and produced in the same factories that produce the best watches for companies like Nixon, Diesel, Vestal, and Nike.

Go visit the site if you wanna back this project up for funding by pledging from a dollar to $500. For a $50 pledge you are pre-ordering and will receive the LunaTik Multitouch Watch Conversion Kit. The Lunatik is hot-stamped and CNC'd out of aerospace grade aluminum at one of Apple's suppliers. The LunaTik will sell for $69.95 online and at retail. Includes shipping within the USA. (Shipping to Canada add $10, International add $15 to pledge amount)

THIS PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED ON THURSDAY DEC 16, 11:02PM EST.

The Nano Watch.

Find some of the current iPod nano watch options a bit too subdued for your style? Then you might want to consider Griffin's new Slap wristband, which looks to be among the most protective and colorful options to date. Made entirely of a soft silicone, the Slap is available in no less than eight different colors, and it completely encloses your iPod nano (save for the headphone jack) but promises to still let you control the volume and sleep / wake buttons through the case. Still no word on a release date, but you can expect this one to set you back the same $25 that most other similar wristbands seem to be going for.

Yes. I am still going for the Nano with this accesory. This is my watch. THIS.

(edit:)

Look, the future is in hyper-informed wrist accessories. If you don't know that by now, what do you know? Not that, assuredly. Sony Ericsson's Android-augmenting, Bluetooth-tethered LiveView accessory is now available in some European countries, including some fan faves like the UK, Germany, and France. Prices seem to vary from country to country, with a UK version going for £48.97 (about $79 US), France getting a €59 shot at it (about $80 US), and Germany swooping in with an über-low €42 tag (about $57 US). All three disparate prices seem a small amount to pay to place the future on your wrist / other clippable surface, but maybe that's just us. (source)

Until this. I can live with this. No. I love this too. Fits right for my phone :D

Blackberry Curve 8250 vs Sony Ericsson Xperia x10 mini pro

It has been so long since I wanted a new phone. I stopped right after when iPhones were released coz I used to be a non-fan of touchscreens.

When Nokia had their E series I decided, Id rather have the Blackberry. App stores (with Free apps) are a bargaining tool for me. I tried E63, and the fact that its a bit heavy, it also freezes. I am currently using a Macbook and unfortunately, I think almost all of the brands are PC integrated when it comes to upgrades.

I like the iPhone, dont get me wrong. But I'm not really a fan of its price. Also, I usually text without looking on what I press, and I dont think that skill would work with it.

I used to be a fan of Sony Ericsson. After holding xperia x10 mini pro, I realized I still am a fan. Sony Ericsson kept its interface casual, clean and sophisticated.

I will not dive into BIG specs. Theres GSM Arena for that.

I am currently using a Blackberry 8250. I am also the typical Social Network user and it was just recent that I could use my twitter thru WiFi. Facebook isn't. Googled for some time if there's a way to do it but I didn't find any. BBM and other services need you to subscribe to BIS. So it inhibits me the joy of getting free WiFi in the mall or any establishments.

Xperia x10 mini pro has a slide-up touchscreen with QWERTY keys. Ran by Android and of course, Google Integrated. Whats fun about it is its fully functional on WiFi, and there are a lot of apps which I use. Tumblr, Dropbox, YM etc. I don't know if this very small yet jampacked phone could be synced with my Mac Address Book since it's integrated with my Facebook account. Gathering details like Events, Contact pictures, and Birthdays.

X10 has a 5 MP camera with a flash, Blackberry 8250 has 2MP w/o flash. Both have expandable memories. Bluetooth device is sometimes a pain in the ass especially BB's. I guess I was spoiled by old Nokia phones.

Actually, it's like I'm comparing a fruit to a robot. I got an inkling that x10 is better but i think I'm comparing it to the wrong phone.

I still love my Blackberry though. hahahaha
