PSP Firmware 3.90

That blog title sounded so nerdy.

Well a few months after getting my white psp, psp slim came out of the market (and its a lot cheaper than the amount i paid for this Phat one... weird they call it fat with a ph. pfft)

The system software i had was 3.51 m33 (which is a software that doesnt need UMD (hindi yan dancers.. bala yang ng psp) and i really didnt care much coz i can still play the games that i want. Until i saw LS' psp slim and we played sonic and naruto together (na-bano ako ang cool kasi ng wireless multiplayer hahaaha) then i saw that he could change his theme. his wallpaper and his icons are different from the normal one.

at dun ako natauhan. since adik ako sa kaartehan, (pinapangunahan na kita ivonka!) i visited the psp site and there was this 3.90 update nga raw. and since this is modified so i could play downloaded games with the umds nga, i dont think sony would prohibit that. so i researched.

my god ganito ang process bago ko marating ang 3.90 firmware..

3.51 m33-7 > 3.52 m33 > 3.52 m33-4 > 3.71 m33 > 3.90.

there was an update na pwede na raw dumiretso to 3.90 from 3.52 m33-3 and higher.

believe me... hindi ko talaga naintindihan yan hangang sa nakatulog ako ng alas sais ng umaga at naalimpungatan ng alas onse. hanggang sa natapos ako ng 4pm. it was succesful though. my psp now can be installed with internet radio and skype (for wifi hotspots... though the program was made for slim psp pa lang). and yes, i could create my own icons and theme. shet.

and it was risky. there could be a chance that i could crash the system  at pag nangyari yun... you have to start to firmware 1.50. google everything up if you wanna update, at least magddownload na lang kayo kesa magpainstall. hello 100 isang game? katarantaduhan.

wala pa ako sa sariling bait habang ginagawa ko ang entry nato.
