Valenshmooten.

I was never a fan of valentines day. As far as i can recall, Tricia and I grew up wearing black every february 14. we were so bitter then, i know.

Sabi ko nga, para akong Iglesia pag valentines. kung wala silang pasko, wala akong valentines. coz love should be celebrated everyday. 12 days of monthsaries and one anniversary per year. anjan pa yung birthday nya, and christmas. so bawasan na naman natin ng isang araw ang matindihang pagiisip kung ano ang ireregalo mo sa kanya na hindi mo pa naibibigay.

It has never been a "baduy" thing for me. valentines. its just... i just find it unnecessary. although, its one occasion that helped a lot of people economoy-wise. those flower shops, candy stores and greeting card companies. pati na rin siguro motel.

or maybe its one holiday that you get to wear your special high-end rubber. scented and textured.

so kung birthday mo february, for sure, 3 times kang magpupula if youre the type who give such a fuss everytime theres something to celebrate.

and when che gave me a friendster testimonial... i dont think it would be fair to just shrug it off and not return the greeting back. eh never naman kaming nagcelebrate ng valentines... pero what the heck. pwede naman kasing magsaya... andami ko pang satsat.
