To our dear telecom/isp networks.

To Globe:

My phone cant make outgoing calls since yesterday. It has been 24 hours. And what I mean by "outgoing calls" is whenever I try to dial every number, even your 211 and 223 numbers. My phone says "Authorization Failure". Yes, I tried transferring sims to other phones and 1) the unit i used was xperia x10 mini pro and it's still aint working there; 2) the sim i inserted in my blackberry is working. So its pretty clear that its not a unit issue. Some of your operators are complete idiots, to the point that they just want me to buy a new sim. THAT IDIOT SUGGESTED THAT I SHOULD GET A NEW SIM. Dear idiot, why would I even bother to call, wait for an operator to be available, do the troubleshooting, if I could just buy a 70-peso new sim card? Did it occur to you that keeping a number is important to some people? And I am not even going to the extent of granting you an explanation. Do us a favor and resign. Globe Telecom, you are frustrating. This takes the cake.

I also tried using your chat assist online. Since the voice prompt on your goddamned customer service hotline says you're experiencing high-volume of calls. You're offline, what a surprise, then you had this little box where I could type in my concern and a box for my email address. Then I get an automated reply:

You're kidding right? I mean... you should be. Was it too hard for you to insert an extra box for us to fill in those "important" details? So you want me to do this all over again???

To Smart:

Your f-ed up Share-it thingamajig NEVER gave me 2MBPS of speed. N E V E R. But it's okay because I'm not that anal when it comes to marketing promises. But at the very least, I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT GIVES ME A SPEED OF 20KBPS. THAT IS REAAAAALLLY FAR FROM WHAT YOUVE PROMISED. That's all caps for you since it has been like that for a month. A MONTH. 30 DAYS. 30 DAYS of internet speed that seemed like an astronaut trying to jog on the moon.

I already called your hotline and you said last week that there's an antenna in our area that needs to be fixed. Like that HSDPA thing or whatever you call it. Seriously, are you fixing that crap? Does it really take forever for you to fix one? Like, lets say... a month isnt enough??? Then why am I still getting billed?
